Which is more powerful? Conscious or Subconscious?

Or is it just another never ending chicken & egg question?

Anyways, do we do what we do because we want to or because we just have to? Question here is, what is the true intention of any one of us even begin to decide that we want to do something? What is the driving force here?

Which brings us to, when we are conscious, do we actually know what we are doing and deciding what we want to do at the very moments? Or is it our subconscious is driving us to do it?

In this case, it does not matter what we are doing isn't it? Because in the end, we already knew subconsciously what we want and whatever we do, in the end we are going to do what the hidden thoughts inside of us wanted?

But then again, how can our subconscious work when there is no input at all when we are conscious? I'm sure what we wanted arise from what we see, do, imagine or even smell from our everyday lives no?

In the end, how do we know what we want is really what we want? Or are all these just complications of nothingness concocted by ourselves? Ponder...

Elyzia's new original 'Only You' is complete! Mixing is done and we are in the midst of uploading it. Please check it out and support us!
Practice was short today... dunno why itz so damn packed these few weeks... and those inconsiderate fiakkers.... dammit, they are everywhere... please ppl... show some empathy, help the world go round, the world dun revolve around you NOR you only.
Anyway, after practice, today was planned for us to shop for stuff to use in our coming DIY photo-shoot next Saturday. It will be fun to see how things will turn out.
As for our next coming original, ideas are still pouring in like nobody's business, it is like a multi-colored plastacine (correct spelling?) now but in a good way cuz things are pretty much still improving and progressing. We are trying our best to focus and get our parts tied down.

New Year, New Plans

Hey hey hey, itz been awhile since the last blog. Just to inform that we are not slacking... Practice sessions are still on and we had just finished recording our 5th original. Akan Datang!
Itz been 2 weeks since we began rehearsing for Elyzia's #6 original. Apparently, we are adding alot of ideas into it and it will take abit more time before we are ready to record this time, which is scheduled for 7th March.
Mic came up with more artworks and this time, we will be doing our first version of Elyzia's press-kit. Meanwhile, we are also preparing for our first official photo shoot concurrently. As you can see, we are seriously NOT slacking and it will be a very tiring 3 weeks to come.
As of current, we are actively looking for competitions and gigs to join and do contact us if anybody has anything to recommend. We'll upload our new song to you know wheres when the mixing is done and also share all the artworks with everyone of you who had been supporting us all along.

Natural Disaster

Recorded vox for our 5th original today and redid some cleans. No time for harmonizing vox though, Ah Boy is booked for the rest of the afternoon. Will need to arrange for another day to complete the recording.

Jamming @ 6pm, however, we started late cuz the band b4 us are delayed by the band b4 them... which is a bitch... cuz... who gives a shit if you are late? Why should the studio compensate for your negligence? From the studio's pt of view, juz by delaying for this stupid late band will juz cause a ripple effect down to other bands. Delaying and delaying... Responsibility man, where is it?

Nevertheless, only manage to book for 2hrs, and decided to try our luck at another nearby studio to continue creating our 6th original. However, as the title implies... the double pedal is not working properly. In the end, we had to bail out after 30mins of struggling. But the uncle is very kind enough not to charge us. Tks~

What a day huh... Let's see what Year 2009 has in store for Elyzia.
